Live Docs are collaborative strategy documents grounded in your artifact library. Create, edit, and view markdown documents tied to a project, with evidence references and synthesis workflows.

Creating Live Docs

  • Use the Create menu to start a blank doc or generate a strategic synthesis from project findings.
  • Each doc is project-scoped and tracked by author, created date, and last-saved date.
  • Use edit mode for drafting and read view for clean presentation.

Evidence Linking

You can reference artifacts and findings while writing, keeping analysis tied to verified sources.

Living Strategy

As new artifacts arrive, update Live Docs to keep decisions aligned with the latest evidence.

List and Sync Features

  • Search, sorting, and column visibility settings in the docs list persist across sessions.
  • Live Docs update in near real time when teammates edit or create docs in the same project.
  • Sync individual docs or the full project doc set to Google Drive when Drive is connected.
